The nano inorganic oxide is titanium oxide, lanthanum oxide or yttrium oxide, the copper complex is Cu (NH3) 4Cl2, Cu (EDTA) Cl2 or Cu (en) 2 (H2O) 2Cl2, and the co-catalysis component is cesium chloride, barium chloride or calcium chloride.
