The device comprises a reaction kettle, a circulating pump, a cooler, a condenser, a cold trap, a sulfite tank and an adsorber, a discharge hole of the sulfite tank is connected with a sulfite inlet of the reaction kettle through a pipeline; the reaction kettle, the circulating pump, the cooler and the condenser are sequentially connected in series through pipelines to form a cooling circulation loop; a pipeline section between the circulating pump and the cooler is connected with the reaction kettle through a pipeline to form a material mixing circulation loop; the material mixing circulation loop is connected with the cooling circulation loop through a material return valve; the condenser, the cold trap and the adsorber are sequentially connected through pipelines, and the bottom of the adsorber is connected with the cold trap through a pipeline to form a condensat
