Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to the field of ethanol distillation, and discloses an edible ethanol five-tower differential pressure distillation method, which comprises the steps of raw material preparation, pretreatment, basic differential pressure distillation, auxiliary distillation agent introduction, fractionating tower design and ethanol collection and post-treatment. According to the distillation method provided by the invention, the auxiliary distillation agent is introduced and is subjected to azeotropy or gas phase extraction with the high-boiling-point substance, so that the high-boiling-point substance is separated and purified. According to the method, the high-boiling-point substances can be effectively separated from the mixture, and the purity of the ethanol is improved. In addition, the fractionating tower is introduced to specially treat high-boiling-point substances, and the fractionating tower is combined with a traditional differential pressure distillation tower structure, so that the distillat
