Method of making porous devices from monodisperse population of polyaryl ketones or polyaryl thioether ketone particles

The present invention provides methods of making porous devices from a substantially monodispersed population of substantially spherical particles of a polyaryl ketone polymer of selected size or a thio analog of such polymer. The porous devices allow for better control of porosity than previously available porous devices.
