Methods and implantable prostheses for reconstructing and/or enlarging anatomical features

An implantable prosthesis having a tissue permeable body of biocompatible material includes a plurality of body components disposed radially or circumferentially about a longitudinal axis of the body extending from a proximal end to a distal end of the body. The longitudinal axis may define a central axis of the prosthesis. Each body assembly includes an outer layer defining a cavity. The outer layer may be substantially cone-shaped and/or pleated. Filler can be arranged in the cavity. The body may be attached with the base.
