Bus bar routing configuration for traction battery pack

A bus bar routing configuration for a traction battery pack is provided. An exemplary deployment configuration may position a bus bar over top of one or more cell stacks of a traction battery pack. Structural cross member beams of each cell stack may include notches for receiving bus bars.
