The method comprises the following steps: randomly selecting an ith unit from units to be distributed according to the probability that the units are selected; calling feasible house resource information meeting the house use demand of the ith unit from the to-be-distributed house resource information; randomly generating n house division schemes between the ith unit and the feasible house resource information as initial populations, and optimizing the initial populations by adopting a First-Fit method and an improved genetic method to obtain an optimal feasible house division scheme; checking whether the optimal feasible room division scheme meets a room division rigid index or not, if not, iterating the steps 1 to 4, and if yes, judging that the optimal feasible room division scheme passes the check; and evaluating the optimal feasible room distribution scheme passing the test to obtain a
