The method comprises the following steps: determining a geometric structure and electrical connection information corresponding to a cable line to be detected by adopting virtual node, unequal normalization and same-direction normalization technologies; according to the geometric structure and the electrical connection information, establishing a cable sheath induced voltage calculation layering model; and carrying out matrix order reduction calculation on the cable sheath induced voltage calculation hierarchical model to obtain the cable induced voltage corresponding to the cable line to be measured.
