Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a method for evaluating the reliable service life of an in-service gas pressure regulator. The method comprises the following steps: collecting sample data of the in-service gas pressure regulator in a city; determining the function failure rate of the fuel gas pressure regulator sample; the initial failure age limit of the gas pressure regulator is corrected through an acceleration test; and determining the reliable service life of the gas pressure regulator by utilizing a mathematical expectation formula of the failure rate model and combining with the corrected sample failure rate of the minimum in-service operation age limit. The method can detect the in-service performance condition of the gas pressure regulator, quantify the service life limit of the gas pressure regulator, determine the overall service life of the same type of gas pressure regulating facility, and improve the reliability of the gas pressure regulator.
