The self-propelled rod body comprises a supporting rod body which is used for being connected with the percussion drill and supporting the whole self-propelled rod body in the process that the percussion drill drives the self-propelled rod body to enter the soft and hard interbedded rock mass of the tunnel. The grouting pipe body is arranged on the supporting rod body in a sleeving mode, and after the self-propelled rod body enters the tunnel soft and hard interbedded rock mass and the supporting rod body is pulled out, the grouting pipe body is reserved in a tunnel soft and hard interbedded rock mass hole and used for grouting; and the drill bit is fixed on the body part of the supporting rod.
