The preparation method comprises the following steps: uniformly mixing a gel inhibitor grafted with an antioxidant, a nano material and a foaming agent; the gel inhibitor grafted with the antioxidant is composite gel prepared by graft polymerization of the antioxidant and gel inhibitor raw materials under the action of a cross-linking agent and an initiator.
