Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a self-melting coating insulating material for a positive feeder line of an electrified railway. The rubber material is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 50-100 parts of butadiene-vinylpyridine rubber, 50-80 parts of ethylene propylene diene monomer, 10-15 parts of an anti-aging agent, 10-15 parts of a cross-linking agent, 5-10 parts of a flame retardant, 5-8 parts of a wear-resistant agent, 10-20 parts of filler, 5-10 parts of a plasticizer, 3-5 parts of a preservative and 3-5 parts of a compatilizer. The self-curing insulating coating material for the self-closing line of the electrified railway has excellent mechanical properties, wear resistance and aging resistance.
