The preparation method comprises the following steps: dissolving polyvinyl chloride, pyrrole, polyethylene glycol and an organic phase change material in an organic solvent, uniformly coating the mixture on the surface of a substrate material through a film coating device, and immersing the whole substrate material in an aqueous solution in which a catalyst is dissolved to obtain the film.
