Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a synthesis method of a 3-fluoro-4-(1-pyrazole)-cyanophenyl derivative. The 3-fluoro-4-(1-pyrazole)-cyanophenyl derivative has a structure as shown in a structural formula II which is described in the specification. The synthesis method comprises the following steps: reacting 3-fluoro-4-hydrazine-cyanophenyl with acetylacetone, benzoylacetone, ethyl acetoacetate, ethyl 3-amino-3-oxo-propionate, ethyl 3-ethoxy-3-imino-propionate and the like to obtain a corresponding intermediate product of the 3-fluoro-4-(1-pyrazole)-cyanophenyl derivative, and reacting the intermediate product of the 3-fluoro-4-(1-pyrazole)-cyanophenyl derivative with acetylacetone, benzoylacetone, ethyl acetoacetate, ethyl 3-amino-3-oxo-propionate, ethyl 3-ethoxy-3-imino-propionate and the like. Wherein the intermediate product sequentially reacts with DMF (Dimethyl Formamide), acetone and hydroxylamine hydrochloride to obtain the novel 3-fluoro-4-(1-pyrazole)-cyanophenyl derivative with different substituent groups |
