The flexible automatic welding positioning tool comprises a tool base, a left servo centering mechanism, a right servo centering mechanism, a left displacement air cylinder, a right displacement air cylinder, a front air cylinder clamping mechanism, a rear air cylinder clamping mechanism and an up-down servo positioning mechanism, the left and right servo centering mechanisms are used for centering the tubular cross beam; the left-right displacement cylinder is used for adapting to the length change of the tubular cross beam; the front-back air cylinder clamping mechanism is used for limiting the freedom degree of the tubular cross beam in the front-back direction. And the up-down servo positioning mechanism is used for adapting to the size change of the tubular cross beam in the height direction.
