Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a method for recycling suspended solids generated in production of a catalyst, which is characterized by comprising the following steps: mixing an acid solution with a soluble metal compound, adjusting the pH value of the solution to 1-3, then adding the suspended solids generated in the production process of the catalyst, aging, and carrying out solid-liquid separation, wherein the soluble metal compound is one or more of soluble zinc salt, alkaline earth metal salt and a rare earth compound. The method provided by the invention can realize rapid settling separation of the material to obtain fine powder with the purity of 60% or more, has the advantage of freely adjusting the solid content of fine powder slurry, successfully realizes the goal of greatly reducing suspended matter and wastewater discharge of a catalyst production device, especially a catalytic cracking production device, and has a wide application prospect.
