Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses an application of circSLC8A1 in preparation of a medicine for treating chronic kidney diseases. The nucleotide sequence of the circSLC8A1 is as shown in SEQ ID NO. 1. The application of CircSLC8A1 and homologous mouse CircSlc8a1 of CircSLC8A1 to treatment of CKD renal interstitial fibrosis is proposed for the first time. The overexpression circSLC8A1 reduces the pathological damage degree of the kidney and the interstitial fibrosis degree of the kidney by reducing EMT related indexes and the expression of COL1. The circSlc8a1 is overexpressed in vivo, so that the degree of renal interstitial fibrosis of mice, namely unilateral ureter obstruction (UUO) and unilateral renal ischemia reperfusion (UIRI) model mice, is obviously reduced.
