Zusammenfassung:	The embodiment of the invention provides a valve stent, and relates to the field of medical instruments. The valve support comprises a valve frame, a positioning piece and a pre-tightening piece, the positioning piece comprises a connecting section and a free section connected with the connecting section, the connecting section is connected with the valve frame, the pre-tightening piece is connected with the free section and the valve frame at the same time, and the pre-tightening piece is used for limiting the distance between the free section and the valve frame in a tensioned state. The pre-tightening piece can limit the distance between the free section and the valve stent in a tensioned state, so that the positioning piece of the valve stent has a clamping function, the positioning piece can firmly clamp a valve leaflet, the anti-displacement risk of the valve stent is reduced, and meanwhile, the valve stent can reduce the occurrence rate of post-operation conduction block of a patient and reduce the imp
