The method comprises the following steps of: 1, decomposing the interdependent network into an interdependent function sub-graph set; and step 2, evaluating the function of a control ring with the shortest weighted distance between a resource supply node and a resource demand node. And step 3, evaluating the function of the interdependent function sub-graph. And step 4, evaluating a function of an interdependent network. And step 5, evaluating the criticality of the edges and arranging the edges in a descending order. According to the identification method, the criticality of the edges in the interdependence network is evaluated based on the interdependence function sub-graph, and important edges can be more accurately distinguished, so that the key points of the important edges are protected to prevent cross-domain chain big faults.
