The method comprises the following steps of: 1, decomposing the interdependent network into an interdependent function sub-graph set; and step 2, evaluating the function of a control ring with the shortest weighted distance between a resource supply node and a resource demand node. And step 3, evaluating the function of the interdependent function sub-graph. And step 4, evaluating a function of an interdependent network.
