Zusammenfassung:	The invention provides a control method of a power supply circuit, a controller, an air conditioner and a readable storage medium. The control method comprises the steps that the current operation frequency of a compressor is obtained; a target mapping relation corresponding to the current operation frequency is determined from a preset mapping relation set, and the mapping relation in the preset mapping relation set is used for representing the corresponding relation between the output voltage of the rectification and voltage regulation module and the operation frequency of the compressor; determining a target voltage according to the current operation frequency and the target mapping relation; and controlling the rectification and voltage regulation module to adjust the output voltage of the rectification and voltage regulation module to the target voltage. The voltage output by the power supply circuit to the compressor is adjusted according to the current operation frequency of the compressor and the pres
