Comprising a direct-current input power source # imgabs0 #, an energy storage inductor L1, a first diode D1, a second diode D2, a third diode D3, a fourth diode D4, a first capacitor C1, a first output capacitor Co1, a second output capacitor Co2, a third output capacitor Co3, a fourth output capacitor Co4, a power switch tube S, a load R and three-winding coupling inductors L2a, L2b and L2c. The energy storage inductor L1, the power switch tube S, the first capacitor C1, the coupling inductors L2a and L2b, the first diode D1 and the first output capacitor Co1 jointly form an improved quasi-Z-source network, not only inherits the advantages of continuous input current and passive circuit clamping of a quasi-Z-source converter, but also has excellent boosting capacity in combination with the use of the coupling inductors. According to the invention, only one switching tube is utilized, the soft switching charac
