Zusammenfassung: | The invention belongs to the technical field of new energy inertia response, and relates to a new energy inertia time constant determination method based on delay compensation, which comprises the following steps: firstly, based on a frequency change rate and a frequency offset possibly existing in a power grid simulator generation system, reasonably selecting a time node of full dynamic process analysis according to an inertia key evaluation index; the analysis precision is improved; secondly, calculating and compensating an active power-frequency delay link in an inertia response process so as to eliminate an evaluation error caused by delay; and finally, an inertia continuous evaluation algorithm based on a differential synchronous machine swing equation is designed, and accurate evaluation of the new energy inertia is realized.
