The opposite ends of the left output rod and the right output rod are connected through a vertical rotating device which drives the left output rod and the right output rod to rotate at the same angle in the vertical direction, and horizontal rotating devices which drive the left output rod and the right output rod to rotate at the same angle in the horizontal direction are further arranged at the opposite ends of the left output rod and the right output rod.
