The present disclosure provides a cancer recurrence risk assessment method and apparatus, an electronic device and a storage medium, the method comprising: acquiring circulating tumor DNA (ctDNA) characterization information of a subject, the ctDNA characterization information comprising a proportion of the ctDNA of the subject in total DNA of the subject at at least one sampling time point; inputting the ctDNA characterization information into a pre-configured dynamic quantitative change model to obtain a tumor recurrence risk degree value of the subject; and generating cancer recurrence risk prompt information according to the tumor recurrence risk degree value.
