Zusammenfassung:The present disclosure provides a cancer recurrence risk assessment method and apparatus, an electronic device and a storage medium, the method comprising: acquiring circulating tumor DNA (ctDNA) characterization information of a subject, the ctDNA characterization information comprising a proportion of the ctDNA of the subject in total DNA of the subject at at least one sampling time point; inputting the ctDNA characterization information into a pre-configured dynamic quantitative change model to obtain a tumor recurrence risk degree value of the subject; and generating cancer recurrence risk prompt information according to the tumor recurrence risk degree value. According to the method, the cancer recurrence risk of the patient can be accurately and timely evaluated. 本公开提供了一种癌症复发风险评估方法、装置、电子设备和存储介质,包括:获取受试者的循环肿瘤DNA(ctDNA)表征信息,所述ctDNA表征信息包含至少一个采样时间点时受试者的ctDNA在受试者总DNA中的占比;将所述ctDNA表征信息输入到预先配置好的动态定量变化模型中,得到所述受试者的肿瘤复发风险程度值;根据所述肿瘤复发风险程度值,生成癌症复发风险提示信息。该方法可以较为准确、及时地评估患者的癌症复发风险。
