Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a hemolysis blood sample single cell transcriptome data analysis method which comprises the following steps: comparing original sequencing data of each sample to a reference genome; counting a first tag used for marking a single cell, a second tag used for marking a single transcript, a gene compared with each second tag and the sequencing frequency of each second tag, and generating a comparison information table; counting the effective sequence number of each sample, correcting the sequencing depth by using the lowest effective sequence number, and regenerating the comparison information table; on the basis of the regenerated comparison information table, repeated sequences are removed, and cell expression profiles of all the samples are generated; and combining the cell expression profiles of the samples. The influence caused by reduction of the sequencing depth can be eliminated, so that the data reliability and the analysis accuracy are improved.
