According to one specific embodiment, the driving record video storage system comprises a foresight camera domain controller, a vehicle-mounted transfer gateway, a vehicle pull stream terminal, an automatic driving domain controller and a driving record video storage, the foresight camera domain controller is in communication connection with the vehicle-mounted transfer gateway and the automatic driving domain controller, and the vehicle pull stream terminal is in communication connection with the vehicle-mounted transfer gateway and the automatic driving domain controller. The foresight camera domain controller is used for generating an encoded video stream and pushing the encoded video stream to the vehicle-mounted transfer gateway and the automatic driving domain controller; the vehicle-mounted transfer gateway is in communication connection with the vehicle pull flow terminal; the vehicle pull stream terminal is in communicat
