The invention provides a method and a device for establishing a fault diagnosis model of a circulating water pump motor. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring current sample data and vibration sample data of the circulating water pump motor under different fault working conditions; performing feature extraction and dimension reduction on the current sample data to obtain current features after dimension reduction; training a support vector machine by using the current features to form a support vector machine model; performing feature extraction on the vibration sample data by adopting a mechanism-based mode to obtain fault vibration features of the motor under different fault working conditions; establishing a diagnosis model based on an expert system according to the fault vibration characteristics; and establishing a circulating water pump motor fault diagnosis model by combining the support vector machine model and the diagnosis model based on the expert system.
