Zusammenfassung: | A rapid double-face concentric positioning device for flaw detection of a thick copper plate is characterized in that a stop block is arranged between one ends of an upper frame and a lower frame, first bolts are arranged among the upper frame, the lower frame and the stop block, second bolts are arranged at the positions, close to the stop block, of the upper frame and the lower frame, and a slidable positioning pin and a fixed positioning pin are arranged at the other ends of the upper frame and the lower frame respectively; the axis of the slidable positioning pin coincides with the axis of the fixed positioning pin. A threaded hole is formed in one side of the lower frame, and a fastening screw is screwed in the threaded hole; a copper thick plate to be subjected to flaw detection is placed between the upper frame and the lower frame, the conical tip of the fixed positioning pin is placed in the circle center, the slidable positioning pin on the upper frame is hammered, so that a positioning pit is formed |
