The method comprises the following steps of: 1, completing radiometric calibration on infrared equipment by using a standard black body; 2, setting the temperature of the standard black body at a low working temperature to obtain a low-temperature output value of the infrared equipment detector at the moment; 3, setting the temperature of the standard black body at a high working temperature to obtain a high-temperature output value of the infrared equipment detector at the moment; 4, respectively solving a low-temperature radiation brightness value and a high-temperature radiation brightness value of the standard black body under the working wave band of the infrared equipment; and 5, calculating the atmospheric transmittance according to the high-temperature output value, the high-temperature radiation brightness value, the low-temperature output value and the low-temperature radiation brightness value.
