The method comprises the following steps: acquiring height data of each position in a coal yard through a laser scanner; initial temperature data of all positions in the coal yard are obtained through an infrared thermal imager array; setting sampling points in an overlapping region of the visual fields of the adjacent infrared thermal imagers; position compensation parameters are determined according to the position data, the height data and the temperature data of the sampling points; determining type compensation parameters according to the type information of the coal; according to the position data, the height data, the initial temperature data, the type compensation parameters and the position compensation parameters, corrected temperature data are obtained, and a three-dimensional temperature field is obtained.
