The method comprises the steps that tower footing video sensor equipment is erected; detecting an intelligent imaging and data transmission sensor system and obtaining related parameters; unmanned aerial vehicle river section measurement; measuring the underwater topography of the river section; constructing a three-dimensional digital river channel model and generating an ecological flow calculation method; batch extraction of tower footing video remote sensing water surface width; and calculating and visualizing the ecological flow. The invention constructs a remote sensing intelligent detection method suitable for obtaining the ecological flow of the high-frequency natural river.
