The method comprises the steps that the air volume, collected by an air volume measuring device, in a first connecting channel and alarm information generated by a surge alarm device are obtained; and based on the obtained air volume in the first connecting channel and alarm information generated by the surge alarm device, a second air door is controlled to be opened so as to adjust the air volume in the first communicating pipeline. The technical problem that the operation efficiency of a boiler unit is low is solved. 本申请公开了一种锅炉机组的防止风机失速系统及方法，该方法包括：获取风量测量装置采集的第一连接通道内的风量以及喘振报警装置生成的报警信息；基于获取到的第一连接通道内的风量以及喘振报警装置生成的报警信息，控制第二风门开启，以调节第一连通管道内的风量。本申请旨在解决锅炉机组运行效率较低的技术问题。
