According to the method, phanerochaete chrysosporium, pseudomonas putida, serratia marcescens, bacillus cereus and shiitake mushrooms are used as complex microbial inoculants, the straw is subjected to microbial fermentation, the pulping device is combined for pulping, and the cellulose fluff pulp of which the mechanical property is remarkably improved is obtained.
