The surface of the anode aluminum foil is provided with first corrosion holes with the diameter of 1-20 microns, and the surface and the interior of the anode aluminum foil are both provided with second corrosion holes with the diameter of 50-250 nm. The preparation method of the anode aluminum foil specifically comprises the following steps: firstly, placing the aluminum foil in a solution containing a tetravalent titanium compound for surface treatment, then applying electricity for first corrosion, and forming first corrosion holes with the diameter of 1-20 microns in the surface of the aluminum foil; and applying electricity to the aluminum foil step by step for secondary corrosion, and forming second corrosion holes with the diameter of 50-250nm in the surface and the interior of the aluminum foil.
