Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to the field of water electrolysis hydrogen production and catalysts, and discloses a nickel-based alkaline water electrolysis catalyst and a preparation method and application thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) mixing a mixed solution containing an auxiliary agent and nickel salt with foamed nickel, and then reacting to obtain a Ni/NF catalyst; (2) mixing the Ni/NF catalyst with a cobalt salt solution, and then reacting to obtain a Co-Ni/NF catalyst; and (3) carrying out roasting on the Co-Ni/NF catalyst, NaH2PO2.H2O and C2H5NS in an inert atmosphere. The nickel-based alkaline water electrolysis catalyst prepared by the method is high in activity and low in cost, can be subjected to industrial production, and has a very good application prospect.
