The high-strength soluble magnesium alloy comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 0.5-2.0% of Zn; 0.5% to 1.5% of Cu; 0.2% to 0.5% of Zr; ni: 0.5%-1.5%, and X: 9.2%-13.0%; the balance is Mg and inevitable impurity elements; wherein X is a combination of a light rare earth element and a heavy rare earth element, the mass percent of the light rare earth element is 0.2%-2%, and the mass percent of the heavy rare earth element is 9%-11%. The high-strength soluble magnesium alloy is higher in tensile strength and yield strength and better in mechanical property.
