The preparation method comprises the steps that raw materials are smelted and cast into an aluminum alloy cast ingot, the aluminum alloy cast ingot is homogenized, the homogenized aluminum alloy cast ingot is extruded, and a semi-finished product is obtained; and the semi-finished product is subjected to cooling, straightening stretching and aging treatment, and then an aluminum profile finished product is obtained. Wherein the raw materials comprise, by weight, 0.52%-0.6% of Si, 0.15%-0.2% of Cu, 0.08%-0.15% of Mn, 0.82%-0.88% of Mg, 0.05%-0.07% of Cr, 0.01%-0.02% of Ti, 0.1%-0.25% of Fe and the balance Al, and the sum of inevitable impurities contained in all the raw materials is smaller than or equal to 0.1%.
