Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a method and a system for recycling blast furnace ferromanganese smelting fly ash. A technical route for recycling various valuable resources such as carbon powder, fluorite, manganese fluoride, manganese sulfate, potassium bicarbonate, potassium sulfate, sodium chloride and the like by washing the blast furnace ferromanganese smelting fly ash is provided for the first time. According to the method, the washing slag and the ash washing wastewater of blast furnace ferromanganese smelting fly ash are co-treated at the same time, process design can be carried out according to the respective characteristics of the ash washing wastewater and the washing slag, new impurities are not introduced while multi-stage recovery of valuable resources is achieved, and the additional value of the recovered resources is increased. In addition, no waste water or waste gas is discharged in the whole process, the economic value is high, and the green and environment-friendly production requirement is met.
