Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to the technical field of gene engineering, in particular to a meloidogyne incognita primer probe combination and a detection method based on a microdroplet type digital PCR (Polymerase Chain Reaction) technology. Comprising a primer pair and a probe, the nucleotide sequence of an upstream primer of the primer pair is as shown in SEQ ID No. 1; the nucleotide sequence of a downstream primer of the primer pair is as shown in SEQ ID No.2; the nucleotide sequence of the probe is as shown in SEQ ID No. 3. The microdroplet type digital PCR technology is applied to detect the meloidogyne incognita, and compared with a detection method of a RAPD technology and a ribosome DNA restriction enzyme technology which are poor in repeatability, the microdroplet type digital PCR technology can save time, is accurate and sensitive, and can establish a rapid and accurate meloidogyne incognita detection technology.
