The invention discloses a method for inducing fraxinus mandshurica somatic embryogenesis by using embryogenic cells, which is characterized in that fraxinus mandshurica embryogenic cells are selected as materials, the fraxinus mandshurica embryogenic cells with the same growth state are obtained through homogenization and multiplication culture, and a selected culture medium is a culture medium containing WPM, 60g/L cane sugar, 0.05-1.0 g/L casein hydrolysate, 6.0 g/L agar and 1.5 g/L activated carbon; transferring the embryonic cells into a fraxinus mandshurica somatic embryo maturation culture medium (WPM + 0.05-0.2 mg/L NAA + 1.0-3.0 mg/L ZT + 0.05-0.5 mg/L GA3 + 30g/L sucrose + 6.0 g/L agar + 1.5 g/L activated carbon) for culturing to obtain globular embryos, heart-shaped embryos, torpedo embryos, cotyledon embryos and mature somatic embryos, and finally obtaining fraxinus mandshurica seedlings. A solid culture method and a solid-liquid mixed culture method can be adopted in the homogeneous culture of the
