Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses an application of anti-IgM antibody coupled agarose microspheres in purification of extracellular vesicles. The anti-IgM microspheres can specifically bind and remove residual high-abundance IgM particle pollutants in an EV product, the total protein amount of the product can be reduced by 44.7%, no negative influence is generated on EV in the product, and the purity of the EV is effectively improved; the SEC column added with the anti-IgM microspheres synchronously realizes separation and purification of EV, free proteins including IgM in a body fluid sample are intercepted, and high-purity EV can be obtained through one-step elution.
