Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a method for producing low-sulfur marine residual fuel oil from low-sulfur high-condensation-point crude oil, which comprises the following steps: contacting the crude oil with a pretreatment agent for pretreatment to obtain a carbon deposit pretreatment agent and a pretreatment reaction product; the carbon deposit pretreatment agent is recycled after being burnt, gas, naphtha, distillate oil and residues are obtained by separating a pretreatment reaction product, the gas, the naphtha and the distillate oil make contact with a catalytic cracking catalyst to be subjected to a catalytic cracking reaction, and a carbon deposit catalyst and a catalytic cracking product are obtained; separating the catalytic cracking product to obtain dry gas, liquefied gas, gasoline, diesel oil and slurry oil; and mixing and clarifying the residue, the diesel oil and optional oil slurry to obtain the residue fuel oil for the low-sulfur ship.
