The airtight material is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 15 to 25 parts of floating beads, 10 to 20 parts of white carbon black, 15 to 25 parts of hydroxyapatite, 5 to 15 parts of wollastonite fibers, 12 to 20 parts of bone glue, 4 to 8 parts of borax and 10 to 16 parts of tertiary carbon redispersible latex powder. The performance indexes such as water vapor equivalent air layer thickness (Sd), tensile adhesive strength, water vapor permeability and water absorption of the airtight material provided by the invention are superior to those of similar plastering mortar products on the market, and the airtight material is nontoxic, harmless, safe and environment-friendly.
