Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a high-toughness conductive flame-retardant PBT (polybutylene terephthalate) composite material as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The PBT composite material comprises the following raw material components: PBT, a hyperbranched polymer, a flame retardant, nylon trioxide, a compatilizer, a flexibilizer, an auxiliary agent and a conductive agent, the hyperbranched polymer has a structure as shown in the following formula: # imgabs0 #, wherein R is a group containing more than two shin-based structures; n is 5-50, and m is 10-60. The high-toughness conductive flame-retardant PBT composite material disclosed by the invention has excellent toughness and flame retardance; meanwhile, the preparation method of the PBT composite material is simple, high in operability, easy to implement and beneficial to industrial large-scale production, and has a huge application prospect.
