Ultra-wide molecular weight distribution polyethylene and preparation method thereof

The invention discloses polyethylene with ultra-wide molecular weight distribution and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method of the polyethylene with ultra-wide molecular weight distribution comprises the following steps: (1) mixing the polyethylene with the weight-average molecular weight of 1t; the preparation method comprises the following steps: proportionally adding 100,000 g/mol polyolefin oligomer and a polymerization solvent into a reaction kettle, and stirring to uniformly mix the polyolefin oligomer and the polymerization solvent to obtain a mixed solution; and (2) adding a cocatalyst, a catalyst and a polymeric monomer into the reaction kettle to carry out polymerization reaction so as to prepare the ultra-wide molecular weight distribution polyethylene. The ultra-wide molecular weight distribution polyethylene with excellent mechanical properties is successfully prepared by adding the polyolefin oligomer into the polymerization solvent and then carrying out a polymerization process.
