Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a method for simultaneously producing high-titer Seneca valley virus and hog cholera virus antigens. The method comprises the following steps: preparing a suspended BHK-21 cell strain by using a bioreactor, respectively inoculating Seneca grain virus and hog cholera virus, setting the control parameters of the bioreactor after virus inoculation as follows: DO (dissolved oxygen) 30-60%, pH (potential of hydrogen) 7.0-7.4, stirring speed of 50-100rpm/min and temperature of 36.5-37.5 DEG C, sampling at regular time during the period, dyeing with 0.4% trypan blue to observe cytopathy, and harvesting a suspended culture virus solution when the cell viability is less than or equal to 20%.
