Zusammenfassung: | Aiming at wide application prospects of rare earth doped multicolor fluorescent powder in electronic products, color decoration, furniture industry, entertainment industry and agriculture, Sr (NO3) 2, Al (NO3) 3.9 H2O, CO (NH2) 2, Eu2O3, Dy2O3 and H3BO3 are selected as raw materials, the raw materials are firstly weighed and ground to be uniformly mixed, the mixture is put into a muffle furnace at the temperature of 500-750 DEG C to be burnt for 5-30 minutes, then heat preservation is performed for 0.5-3 hours at the temperature of 800-1000 DEG C by adopting a double-crucible carbon reduction method, and the rare earth doped multicolor fluorescent powder is obtained. The multicolor luminous rare earth doped aluminate fluorescent powder under near ultraviolet excitation is obtained.
针对稀土掺杂多色荧光粉在电子产品、彩色装潢、玩具业、娱乐业以及农业上面广阔的应用前景,选用Sr(NO3)2、Al(NO3)3·9H2O、CO(NH2)2、Eu2O3、Dy2O3和H3BO3为原料,首先称量原料,研磨使其混合均匀,放入500~750℃下马弗炉中,燃烧5~30分钟,然后采用双坩埚碳还原法在800~1000℃下保温0.5~3小时,获得近紫外激发下多色发光的稀土掺杂铝酸盐荧光粉。 |
