The hydrogen absorption and desorption kinetics of the existing magnesium-based hydrogen storage material is improved, the hydrogen desorption activation energy of the magnesium-based hydrogen storage material is reduced, and the problem of poor cycling stability of the magnesium-based hydrogen storage material is solved. The catalyst with a porous structure is prepared from Cu (NO3) 2.
