Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a catalyst-doped magnesium-based hydrogen storage material and a preparation method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of hydrogen storage materials and preparation thereof. The hydrogen absorption and desorption kinetics of the existing magnesium-based hydrogen storage material is improved, the hydrogen desorption activation energy of the magnesium-based hydrogen storage material is reduced, and the problem of poor cycling stability of the magnesium-based hydrogen storage material is solved. The catalyst with a porous structure is prepared from Cu (NO3) 2. H2O and H3BTC, the catalyst is doped in the magnesium-based hydrogen storage material through a ball milling technology, agglomeration of an active material in the hydrogen absorption and desorption process is avoided through the porous structure of the catalyst, meanwhile, introduced metal can serve as a catalytic site, the hydrogen absorption and desorption kinetics of the magnesium-based hydrogen storage material Mg85Ni1
