The workpiece shifting system comprises a processing unit, a visual sensor unit and an execution unit, and the visual sensor unit is used for obtaining a first image of a to-be-grabbed workpiece; the processing unit comprises a pose recognition unit and a toggle mode determination unit; the pose recognition unit is used for determining a corresponding grabbing tool according to the to-be-grabbed workpiece and determining pose information of the to-be-grabbed workpiece in the first image; the stirring mode determining unit is used for determining a stirring mode according to the pose information of the workpiece to be grabbed and generating a corresponding driving instruction according to the stirring mode; and the execution unit is used for shifting the to-be-grabbed workpiece according to the driving instruction.
