Zusammenfassung:The invention provides a multi-station welding device and method for excavator boom production, and relates to the technical field of welding devices. Comprising telescopic supporting legs which are distributed in a mirroring mode at equal intervals, the telescopic ends of the telescopic supporting legs which are distributed in the mirroring mode at equal intervals are jointly and fixedly connected with a fixing frame, one set of telescopic supporting legs which are distributed in the mirroring mode are fixedly connected with a storage plate, and the side, close to the fixing frame, of the storage plate is slidably connected with a positioning plate which is distributed in the mirroring mode; the positioning plates distributed in a mirror image mode are provided with displacement sensors and move through a driving device, and the fixing frame is fixedly connected with stepping motors distributed in a mirror image mode. The moving distance of the positioning plate is detected through the displacement sensor on
